- In a boiling water of approximate 7 cups add salt, one teaspoon olive oil and Penne Pasta.
- Pasta will take about 10-12 mins for cooking, till then wash, cut and clean veggies as mentioned ingredients, and slightly boil broccoli and American corn, keep separately with other veggies. Pasta readiness can be checked by cutting it. If crunchy then bol further and keep separate.
- Heat oil in a pan on low flame and once heated add garlic cloves, saute it with diced onion just to remove it's rawness soon add all veggies
- Add salt and black pepper powder, mixed herbs, oregano and. chilli flakes, mix well and cook in low flame.
- For making White sauce we first take 4 tablespoons of butter and mix with equal quantity of multipurpose flour, mix in a way no lump is formed.
- We now add milk little by little, milk must be of room temperature, we keep whisking it as we go on adding milk so that no lump is formed, once it smoothens, add salt, black pepper and chilli flakes.
- Now add shredded Cheddar or Mozela cheese, if we need thick consistent sauce then add in more cheese, once done we then add to it pasta and our cooked veggies.
- Mix all well, (if thick can add hot water to lose consistency), and add chilli flakes and mixed herbs.
- Plate it out and garnish with grated cheese and sprinkle Pasta Seasoning, Serve hot
